Minister of Culture and Information, Lai Mohammed, has described the threat made by Terrorists to kidnap president Muhammadu Buhari as a laughable statement and something that will never happen
It would be recalled that the terrorists alerted the public on Sunday of their attempt to kidnap the president and some top politicians.
According to the viral video that was posted by the terrorists, Kaduna State governor, Nasir El Rufai and President Buhari were their main target
In the video, they were seen flogging the Abuja-Kaduna train victims mercilessly stating that if their family members or the federal government refuse to listen to their demand, they will sell all of them into slavery
Reacting to the message of the terrorists, the minister referred to the statement as something laughable.
He said it is mere propaganda that was aimed at making the federal government lose focus on other issues in the country
