Nollywood Actor Williams Uchemba warned parents to protect their children from TV shows and comics they watch.
He believed that children’s comics and TV shows should not have sexual content.
In this article, I will explain why the actor is right with his reaction.
Children should grow up into adults to make their own self-thought decisions about sexual orientation. At such tender ages, these kinds of thoughts should not bother them. We can hope they make the right decisions when they grow, but influencing them is wrong.
One of the virtues of children is their innocence. If people use cartoons to disrupt their innocence, they lose their cherished virtue.
People need to protect children from controversial topics to keep them neutral. Allowing them to watch TV programs with controversial sexual topics will only bias them. They should discover themselves and not get influenced through these shows and comics.
It is disturbing that the LGBT have chosen to push their way of life on children through the media.
