Manchester United and Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing the Nigerian international, who might then transfer to the Premier League this summer.
The striker has previously been linked to moves to Arsenal and Newcastle United.
Osimhen disclosed that he is making a lot of effort to realize his ambition and believes it would come true someday.
Osimhen told the reporters after receiving the Foreign Press Association's award for the best foreign player in Italy, "I'm working so hard to make sure that I realize my dream of playing in the Premier League one day.
"It's a process and I simply want to keep up this momentum, Serie A is among the top five leagues in the world, and it's a great feeling for me," Osimhen said.
He is anticipated to participate when Napoli plays Eintracht Frankfurt in their Round of 16 UEFA Champions League matchup on Wednesday night.
