The governorship and state house of assembly elections have commenced in over 25 states in the federation, and millions of Nigerians are already in their polling units, ready to cast their votes for their preferred candidates.

However, Festus Keyamo, the Director of Public Affairs and Chief Spokesperson of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, took to his official Twitter timeline where he shared pictures of himself and his ballot paper under the caption, "Today, at exactly 9:55 am, I performed my civic duty when I voted at my polling unit number 17, ward 2, Uvwie LGA of Delta State."

Reacting to the pictures of the ballot paper Festus Keyamo shared, @PhilipUgbe wrote, "Haven't you violated the rules by taking pictures at the polling units?"

@AlexDafe1 wrote: "You know it is against INEC's guidelines to use phones in the polling booth, right?"

@heighnighty wrote: "No one obeys laws in this country anymore." So it’s now allowed to take phones into the voting booth?

What do you make of this?
