
Mixed reactions are trailing on social media as court announces a new date for the hearing of Obi's petition and that of the Labour Party against the president elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The date for the petition was initially fixed on Wednesday the 10th of May 2023. However, the court has adjourned the case to next Wednesday, the 17th of May 2023. It was reported that the decision was made by the court to postpone the petition was on the request of the parties involved.
This development has however stirred dozens of mixed reactions after it was shared by the Punch on Twitter.
Reacting, a tweep wrote; "The case must conclude within 180 says of election by law z it cannot drag on for 8 years".
Another wrote;
"Wonders shall never end, they said the tribunal can deliver within a week but they are the one that asked for adjournment for a week."
