Popular Nigerian investigative journalist, Kemi Olunloyo Just disclosed via her twitter handle that Hushpuppi's colleague, Lekan Ponle popularly known has Woodberry trial hearing has been postponed to tomorrow, April 8, 2021.
Recall Woodberry was arrested alongside HushPuppi in the United Arab Emirate on June 10, 2020 for multiple fraud charges after a raid by operatives of the Dubai crime unit.
According to what was stated by Kemi Olunloyo, Woodberry is facing charges of a whopping $15.2M internet fraud. The grand jury indictment, which summed the allegations against him to an eight-count charge, is still active.
