Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, and his counterpart in Ogun State, Dapo Abiodun, attended the Redeemed Christian Church of God service at Redemption Camp on Friday, March 3, 2023.

The event also coincided with the 81st birthday thanksgiving service of the general overseer of the church, Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
In the pictures circulating on social media, Osinbajo, Sanwo-Olu, and Abiodun were seen with Pastor Adeboye.

The event comes a few days after the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was declared the winner of the just concluded presidential election.
Tinubu lost Lagos, his home state, to the candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi. This has created a lot of panic in the APC camp in the state ahead of the gubernatorial election slated for March 11, 2023.

However, the appearance of Governor Sanwo-Olu has generated a lot of reactions on social media, as some users have linked it to the upcoming gubernatorial election.
See some reactions below.
