It's no longer news that the labor party presidential election candidate, Peter Obi has filed a case against the presidential election that announce the APC presidential election candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner and it's obvious that he is doing this to regain the mandate despite being named 3rd by INEC.
As revealed by APC a few minutes ago, there has been an appointment of 12 legal personnel which includes the Senior Advocate Of Nigeria [SAN] and some legal advisers for the presidential election petition legal team for APC.
Prince Lateef Fagbemi will be the lead counsel of this team and the other 11 members will be working together to defend Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
There has ba reporting that Peter Obi has hired 20 SAN for the case and it's obvious that a lot of people are looking forward to when the case will commence.
What are your thoughts about this and do you agree that this has to be one of the most interesting moments in Nigerian politics over the past few years?
