5 summer beauty tips.

 Everything good, Everything magical happens between the months of June and August -Jenny han. Here are some summer tips for you;

1. Eat healthy foods: Your diet is also essential to take into account this summer. Eating the right food is critical for beautiful skin. It also helps with your metabolism and adds to the moisture and refreshing layers of your body. You can include fruits with alot of green vegetables and water, vitamin c, and coconut water are also good for summer ,also fruits like;grape, lemon orange and more don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

2. Cleanse, exfoliate and Moisturize: You shouldn't forget about cleansing, Exfoliating and Moisturizing your skin in summer,your skin gets dry and greasy fast, it eventually produces more bacteria. The solution for that is to cleanse more often, Exfoliate atleast twice a week.

3. Don't forget to protect your hands and feet: walking around in open toed shoes makes you susceptible to sun damage and premature sign of aging be sure to Exfoliate and Moisturize and protect exposed hands and feet.

4.Lip balm: it is very common to have chapped and dry lips in summer. This is because the lips are the thinnest and tend to get dry easily. Make it a point to carry lip balm and apply it before you head out.

5. Deodorant: You should also keep a Deodorant in your bag keep yourself fresh and cool by spreading it thoroughly.
