EFL Cup Fixtures & Match Predictions For Tuesday's Matches

Manchester City vs Wycombe Wanderers

Zack Steffen (Corona virus) and Oleksandr Zinchenko (Unknown Injury) won’t be playing for Manchester City gaffer Pep Guardiola.

Team News: Wycombe Wanderers

Thanks to a completely injury-free group available to select from, the Wycombe Wanderers boss Gareth Ainsworth has zero fitness worries at all before this match.

We’re inclined to think that Manchester City can and should dominate possession and create several successful chances.

Conversely, Wycombe Wanderers are also probably going to find it difficult to get a goal of their own but we do think that it’s more than likely that they will be managing to get on the scoresheet.

We’re tipping a 3-1 margin for Manchester City at the end of the 90 minutes.

Norwich City vs Liverpool

There’s just the lone fitness concern for the Norwich City manager Daniel Farke to contend with from an otherwise fully-primed set of players. Rocky Bushiri (Meniscal Injury) misses out.

Team News: Liverpool

From a largely full-strength squad, there’s just the lone fitness issue for the Liverpool boss Jürgen Klopp to be concerned about. Harvey Elliott (Ankle Injury) won’t be in action.

We think that Norwich City might need a bit of good fortune to be putting a goal past this Liverpool side who we think might gain the upper hand.

We therefore see a 0-1 winning margin for Liverpool at the end of the 90.

Watford vs Stoke City

The Watford manager Xisco Muñoz does not have any fitness worries at all ahead of this match thanks to a completely healthy group available to select from.

Team News: Stoke City

Stoke City boss Michael O'Neill has to choose from a squad that has some fitness concerns. Tyrese Campbell (Knee Injury) and Tashan Oakley-Boothe (Back Injury) are not able to play.

Here is a game where Stoke City could well find it tough to hit the back of the net against this Watford outfit who we think will get the win and a maybe even keep a clean sheet as well.

We therefore fancy a hard-fought 1-0 winning margin for Watford at the end of the match.

Fulham vs Leeds United

We envisage that Leeds United and Fulham could well end up finding themselves level here, with both teams capable of netting.

Will be interesting to see how this one goes, with a good chance of a draw. Therefore, we predict a very close game with a 1-1 score draw at the end of the 90.
