Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) suffered gaffes while delivering his acceptance speech after being proclaimed the winner of the recently concluded presidential election.
The President-elect made his first gaffe, stating, "I want to point to a man who is position holder among all of you. His name is Ibrahim Masari from Zamfara State. I mistakenly changed his seat (state) because instead of Katsina, I am deporting him to Zamfara."
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu made a second gaffe when he stated, "I wouldn't be here as the governor-elect without your help. (I mean) President-elect."
The former governor of Lagos State continued by saying, "To many faithful members of the Progressive Party who had the chance to betray the party but did not, I am grateful because they brought this triumph."
Finally, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu urged all candidates in the just concluded presidential election to work with him to grow the country and make it more developed.
