A chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, Femi Fani-Kayode, has reacted to the plan visit of the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to Rivers State on Wednesday.
Recall that the former Lagos State governor is expected to visit Rivers State on Wednesday and Thursday to commission a flyover and a court building constructed by Governor Wike’s administration.
In a bid to encourage people to come out enmasse and welcome the President-elect, the Rivers State governor has declared a public holiday.
In a post via his official Twitter page, the former Minister of Aviation said the best handshake across the Niger takes place today when the President-elect visits the Rivers State governor.
According to him, it is the beginning of a new Nigeria in which the North and South will be treated with love, respect and compassion.
He Wrote, “The best handshake across the Niger takes place today when President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu visits Gov. Nyesom Wike in Port Harcourt. This is the beginning of a new Nigeria in which every part of the country, both North and South, will be treated with love, respect and compassion.
