Opinion: Tacha Cosmetic Surgery And The Gradual Confidence Celebrities Are Starting To Show About It

Right from time, there has been nothing wrong with one's choice of going for a cosmetic surgery to enhance one's body features, however the public's view about the procedure used to be one of the challenges people face before and after they go for the procedure. People started losing the confidence to talk about their cosmetic surgery experiences because they fear what the public might say about it.

Interestingly, the recent confidence shown by Nigerian reality star and former big brother naija housemate, Anita Natacha Akide (aka Tacha) has shown when asked if she had a cosmetic surgery, showed that all the negative things we used to think about cosmetic surgery is gradually becoming history. What do I mean?

Long before this time, many celebrities hardly talk about if truly they went under the knife to get their body jobs done or not. When questions about their cosmetic surgeries were thrown to them, they often reluctantly provide answers to such questions.

However, things seem to be gradually changing about cosmetic surgery, the confidence some Nigerian celebrities are starting to show towards revealing the truth about their surgeries and that was exactly what we saw with Tacha who precisely affirmed that she did cosmetic surgery to enhance her body.

Tacha's attitude has shown that there is nothing to be ashamed of about cosmetic surgery. Whenever you feel the need to enhance your body and you know a good cosmetic surgeon who can perfect the job for you, then I see no reason why you should not do whatever makes you comfortable in your skin.

Tacha would not be the only Nigerian celebrity who confirmed claims that she did cosmetic surgeries, we have others like Tonto Dikeh, Mercy Eke and Toke Makinwa, who confirmed that they did plastic surgery to enhance their bodies.

This confidence from these gorgeous women has proven that cosmetic surgery is not evil and will never be as long as it is done right.
