It's a Shame that 10 Days After the Election, the BVAS has not been Fully Uploaded- Kenneth Okonkwo.

Spokesperson of the Obi/Datti 2023 presidential campaign council, Kenneth Okonkwo has taken to social media to fault BVAS, following how it has failed to upload all the results of the presidential election conducted on Saturday, on the INEC server.

The veteran actor who spoke about such issue through his official Instagram page, stated that the callousness and impunity of INEC under professor Mahmood Yakubu is scandalous and deafening, adding that the INEC chairman failed, neglected and refused to upload the accredited voters with the votes realised in the polling units to the INEC IREV portal and server on the day of the election as required by law.

Kenneth Okonkwo however, alleged that Mahmood Yakubu collated and announced results "from the pit of hell that were not recorded in the BVAS just to rig the election in favour of the APC".

The lawyer went ahead to state that;

"It's a shame that 10 days after the presidential election, the BVAS has not been fully uploaded. This means that the presidential election is not completed yet".

Kenneth Okonkwo finally stated that the gubernatorial and House or Assembly elections can only hold after the conclusion of the presidential election, which includes the uploading of the results and accredited voters in the BVAS, adding that Nigerians must condemn the "open rape" of their democracy by Mahmood Yakubu and INEC.
