Tinubu Did Not Win 2023 Election, INEC Selected Him As Their Preferred Candidate - PDP Spokesperson

According to Daniel Bwala, he said, "Now we are in court to say that the electoral process was rigged. As long as there is no final determination of the matter, we have every right under law, equity and justice to say that he is a President select and not a President-elect".
