The Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, has warned the opposition that the President-elect, Bola Tinubu’s inauguration will take place on May 29 irrespective of their grievances.
The king issued the warning on Wednesday in Abuja during a roundtable discussion with traditional and religious leaders.

"Whether someone likes it or not, a new government is coming on May 29. Since we believe in the Almighty, we believe in God who gives and takes, the only thing we can do is pray.
"So what after that? What can we do to support national progress and government stabilization?
He continued by saying that it is a chance for traditional and religious leaders to collaborate for the benefit of the nation.
