Manchester United failed to return to winning ways in the Premier League today as they were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw by Everton at the Old Trafford Stadium. Anthony Martial and Andros Townsend got on the scoresheet to secure a point each for their sides in the clash.
Well, below are the two things I observed after Manchester United drew against Everton today ;
Martial's First Goal Of The Season.
The French International has been criticized by fans for his underperformance in some fixtures for the red devil's this season. He proved his haters wrong today as he bagged his first Man United goal of the season with a beautiful strike from Bruno Fernandes pass in the 43rd minute.
Yerry Mina's Disallowed Goal.
Everton thought they had grabbed the match win after Yerry Mina put the ball into the back of the United net in the 85th minute, but after a VAR review the goal was disallowed for the Columbian International being in an offside position.
What's your take on this?, Kindly leave your thoughts in the comment section below... Thanks.
