3 changes you might notice if you are ovulating and fertile

Ovulation is the most fertile time for a woman to conceive, thus it's important for her to keep track of her cycle. Many women, however, are not aware of the changes that take place during ovulation and reproductive periods. According to an article written on a Healthline, I will describe some of the changes that can occur if you are fertile and ovulating.

1. Breast tenderness and persistent nipple pain are two of the most reliable indicators that a woman is ovulating and fertile, as stated in an article reviewed by Stacy A. Henigsman. It's something to be mindful of, but it could also be a sign of something else.

2. Two things you could notice during your ovulation cycle are (1) a change in the amount of cervical mucus and (2) a change in your estrogen and progesterone levels. Ovulation and fertility are confirmed by the appearance of a copious, watery discharge from the uterus or vaginal region. Your eggs have already been fertilized and are just waiting to be joined with a sperm. If that's the case, keep this in mind.

3. One of the changes you should monitor during your ovulating cycle is the start and persistence of pelvic discomfort. A cramp, sometimes called mittelschmerz, is caused by the discharge of a little amount of blood when a follicle is ruptured.
