The General Overseer's wife of Living Faith Chapel a.k.a Winners Pastor Mrs Faith Oyedepo in a recent post on her Facebook page shared a message with the public.
While speaking the cleric reportedly stated that "Many eligible spinsters and bachelors have allowed the root of bitterness to spring up in them. Therefore allowing their present state of singleness to make them react negatively both to God and man. On this note, To spinsters and Bachelors, You cannot go far in life if you always live in bitterness. This is to tell you that Bitterness saps your joy. It can steal away the goodness from your life. It paints a blue sky black and holds you in bondage. Bitterness hurts you far more than the person who originally hurt you.
More so, The long-term physical effects of uncontrolled anger include increased anxiety, high blood pressure, and headache. Therefore, Anger can be a positive and useful emotion if it is expressed appropriately. But long-term strategies for anger management include regular exercise, learning relaxation techniques, and counseling.
