24 Hours To Swearing-in, Yobe Interim LG Chair Dies

Lawan Gana Karasuwa, the newly appointed Caretaker Chairman of Karasuwa Local Government Area in Yobe State, Nigeria, has passed away just 24 hours before his swearing-in ceremony.
