The Minister for Communication and Digital Economy, Isa Ali Pantami, pegged the certificate of return of the president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Tinubu, the candidate of the APC, was declared the winner of the just-concluded presidential election in the early hours of Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) presented certificates of return to Tinubu and his running mate, Senator Kashim Shettima, on Wednesday afternoon.
The duo went to Daura, Katsina State, to present the certificate to President Muhammadu Buhari.
Tinubu has been receiving congratulatory visits from prominent Nigerians since he was declared the winner of the election.
Pantami also paid a visit to the president-elect on Friday, March 3, 2023. In the picture circulating on social media, Pantami was seen pegging the certificate of return of the president-elect.

The governor of Zamfara State, Bello Matawalle, and other dignitaries were also seen with Tinubu, who will be sworn in on May 29, 2023.
