The Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe has reacted to the attack at the Ajali Police Station in Anambra State.
Today Thursday 30th September, 2023, the hoodlums attacked the Vehicle of a House of Representative Member, Chris Emeka Azubogu who is representing Nnewi North, Nnewi South/ Ekwusigo Constituency and killed his driver. They also moved to the Ajali Police Station, opened fire on Officers killing a yet to be disclosed number of persons and also set the Station ablaze.
Igbokwe while reacting to this posted in his Social Media Page that there were casualties during the incident. He likened the attacks to be "goods we imported which has arrived and we are harvesting huge profits".
The APC Stalwart has consistently condemned the activities of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and their Security Arm, Eastern Security Network (ESN).
The incessant attacks is worrisome more especially as the Gubernatorial election is around the corner.
