1. Losing and Gaining a lot of weight

Weighing too heavy or too little could have some effect on your chances of pregnancy. According to a study by WebMD, it could lead to irregular menstrual cycles leading to a person not having period some months.

When you don't have period some months, your ovaries wouldn't release eggs or ovulate. When this happens, you can't have babies.

Sometimes weight changes from time to time could lead to swings in hormone levels which can cause infertility. Experts say it can also lead to either miscarriage during pregnancy or birth defects.

2. Staying too long before starting a family

This could also have an effect on your possibility of becoming pregnant. According to reports, waiting until your 30s to start giving birth could affect your fertility level.

According to studies by WebMD, a woman becomes less fertile in her 30s than when she was in her early 20s.

3. Overdoing Exercise

This is something most female athletes do but research shows that overdoing Exercise could lead to lowered fertility in women. It could also lead to hormone changes which will make it harder for your hormone to release or make eggs.

4. Smoking

Smoking is dangerous to health, period. You should stop smoking even if you don't want to get pregnant. Keep in mind that if you want to get pregnant, you must kick this habit. Research shows that taking upto 10 cigarettes a day could greatly reduce your chance of giving birth.

It could also cause changes in your fallopian tube leading to miscarriage. It can also damage your ovaries leading to a person having lower number of eggs.

5. Skipping pleasure

If you want to have babies, you and your partner have to be busy. You have to have a lot of pleasure in the other room. Research shows that couples who have more pleasure have higher chances of getting pregnant.
