How Does The Sperm Make A Baby

According to Healthline", The male gamete, or semen, and the female gamete, the egg or ovum, meet in the female's reproductive system. When semen fertilizes (meets) an egg, this fertilized egg is called a zygote. The zygote goes through the process of becoming an embryo and developing into a fetus. However, here is how semen produces a baby.

During intercourse, semen enters the lady part after the man ejaculates. The strongest semen will travel through the cervix (the opening of the womb, or uterus), and into the fallopian tubes. Single fertility and the mother's egg cell meet in the fallopian tube. When a single semen enters the egg, conception occurs. If semen gets in your lady part, fertility cells can swim up through the cervix. The fertility and uterus work together to move the fertility toward the fallopian tubes. If an egg is moving through your fallopian tubes at the same time, the semen and egg can join together.

It takes just one semen to fertilize a woman's egg. Keep in mind, though, for each semen that reaches the egg, millions don't. On average, each time men ejaculate they release nearly 100 million semen.
