Getting pregnant is one of the most popular and natural ways to bring a child or offspring into the world. Unfortunately, there are so many women around the world, who are unable to to bear their own children, and this can be very heartbreaking to a woman who is genuinely looking forward to give birth to her own child. i. Ovarian conditions such as Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI) or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome ( PCOS).
iii. Lifestyle and environmental causes such as smoking and drinking.
b) Menstrual Cycle Problems: menstrual cycle is the process that helps the female body prepare for pregnancy. If the menstrual cycle starts experiencing problems, it can lead to infertility in women.
c) Infection: infection is one of the most common causes of Infertility in women. Untreated or poorly treated infection such as gonorrhea and chlamydia can cause pelvic inflammatory diseases, which can lead to the blocking of the fallopian tubes. Also, poorly treated syphilis can lead to an increased risk of pregnant women having still birth.
a) Maintain a healthy weight: if you are a woman that is overweight or underweight, it can increase the risk of ovulation disorders, which can eventually lead to infertility. Maintain a healthy weight by eating regular balance diets such as fruits and vegetables.
b) Avoid smoking and drinking: if you are the type that drinks and smoke, it is advised that you stop because it can lead to infertility.
