It is a well know fact that during pregnancy, women tend to crave a lot of things, including things that may not be good for the health of her unborn child and so it is pertinent to avoid some kinds of edibles. Here are three edibles a pregnant woman should avoid at all cost for the safety of her baby.
1) Alcohol, cigarettes and other hard drugs:
This is clearly not good for normal persons to take, not to talk of a pregnant woman. This could affect the health of her baby and hers too. This can also lead to a miscarriage.
Coffee is generally not good for pregnant woman because of its high level in caffeine. It can affect milk production.
Pineapples are really delicious but they are not good for pregnant woman because of its high level of acidity. It can induce early labour, which is not a good thing.
