Sleeping soundly is tough in any pregnancy especially in the third trimester when the growing baby makes it impossible to find a comfortable posture and pregnancy symptoms are more noticeable at night which further complicates things. Due to the rapid increase in size during twin pregnancy, you might find yourself in this situation.

5 Bed rest

Being pregnant with twins already puts you at a high risk which is why you might be put on bed rest for a variety of reasons. The most common reason for bed rest is to avoid preterm labor, which occurs considerably more frequently when carrying multiple babies.
