Why Being pregnant Can Affect The Lifestyle of A Woman.

Pregnancy can be referred to the new beginning stage of a woman’s life. Pregnant women are expectant mothers who arecarrying lives within them. Pregnancy is a challenging and exciting at the same time, it can be classified into three tier: the first trimester, the second trimester and the third trimester. During pregnancy, women get too emotional and there’s a change in their hormones and also changes in their body shape. When pregnant, women may become more anxious and upset easily than they used to before, fatigue, exhaustion, depressivereactions may also set in. Cravings, wanting to eat a lot and not wanting to eat anything especially at the first trimester due to vomiting, nausea and dizziness are all symptoms of a pregnant woman.  

Being pregnant also affects the lifestyle of a woman, for instance, she may have to stop smoking cigarettes or taking alcohol. Women may get anxious about the worries of child delivery or coping with a newborn baby. 

Psychological changes in a pregnant woman is very vital. This would help in detecting and addressing any mental health problems at a very early stage and also to know if they are feeling too depressed or having negative thoughts, they can always speak with their midwives or medical practitioner.

Pregnant moms prepare for being a parent by reading parenting books, talk to family members and friends about their experiences and also thinking about who can provide support if needed.
