The monthly payment of N30,000 Naira is paid to all beneficiaries who are not absconding in their respective places of Primary of Assignment. The Npower beneficiaries of the two batches are the graduates who were employed purposely for reducing numbers of jobless in Nigeria .
The current administration under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari has in past promised to lift out over one million Nigerian youth out of poverty . In a steps to eliminate poverty and provide employment opportunities across the 36 states in Nigeria. The Npower scheme was created under the National Social Investment Program .
The program was under the Vice president office before transitioning to new ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management And Social .Before the transitioning of 500,000 Npower beneficiaries to Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs the beneficiaries are happy as they are getting paid in time . Unlike new Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management And Social Development where the Npower beneficiaries complained that they are not receiving payment in due time .
In several times , Npower beneficiaries outcries over the delay in payment for the previous month but it seem that nothing change from the technical problems that cause delay in payment in the month of June.
The first batch and second batch of Npower program are in need to receives their last payment of June and July respectively. The payment of June stipend will be the last payment for Npower batch A whilst July will be for Npower batch B.
Till now there is no official comment yet from the honorable minister of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management And Social Development ,Sadiya Umar Faruq concerning the June payment but beneficiaries can put hope on June payment in moment from today .
May God help Nigerian Youth to move to the next l
