Considerably, the ruling party in Nigeria, All Progressives Congress (APC) may need to look into modalities and strategies that the party may adopt to, unanimously, resolve the crises that has bedeviled the party in two of the five states in South East geopolitical zone.
One, the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) at the national level may need to see into how to, completely, resolve the political rift between the candidate of the party in the recently held Anambra Gubernatorial Elections, Senator Andy Uba, and the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige.
The political rift between Senator Andy Uba and Chris Ngige could, surely, not be hidden in the situation that led the party into holding parallel primaries for the recently conducted Anambra State Governorship Elections.
Although, Chris Ngige remain quiet, but the reactions of the Labour Minister throughout the electioneering campaigns of All Progressives Congress (APC) in the recently conducted Anambra Gubernatorial polls could mean nothing but sign of displeasure.
Considerably, ahead of the 2023 General Elections, the leadership of All Progressives Congress (APC) may need to set up Committee to resolve the political rift in Anambra State.
Secondly, the political rift befalling the members of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo state could be considered to be, possibly, devastating.
Surely, the political rift between Senator Rochas Okorocha and the incumbent Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, may be taken as one of the most delicate political rifts among members of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the entire South East geopolitical zone.
Certainly, as one of the states where the All Progressives Congress (APC) is enjoying incumbency in South East, it will be important for the party to look into the crisis between Governor Hope Uzodinma and his predecessor, Senator Rochas Okorocha, and find a way of reuniting them, amicably.
