Buba Galadinma has taunted the probe of Buhari as an entertainment. He stated this based on the soft landing Ibrahim Magu has received. This action has given the elder statesman the auspices to blast Buhari's for treating a matter of national importance with kit gloves.
Buba Galadinma stated that Buhari should have sacked Ibrahim Magu after the report on his alleged nefarious activities by the Department of State Service (DSS) was made public.
According to Buba "“Go and mark my words, nothing will come out of Magu’s case. It’s just like they want to entertain us, it is all part of propaganda to create impression that this administration is fighting corruption.”
Buba Galadima accused Buhari's role on the ongoing Magu's probe is a hoax. This is because he sees that Buhari not sincere enough to fit corruption. According to the elder statesman Buhari has failed to show leadership on the fight against corruption and more so on the fight against insecurity.
We can recall that two memos were written to Mr President against Magu. They are DSS' memo and AGF's memo. But based on AGF's query, Buhari approved the setting up of a commission of inquiry led by Justice Ayo Salami to investigate the allegations against the suspended EFCC."
No report or revelations had been public raising questions about the integrity of Buhari towards fighting corruption.
