Mr Idris Deby, former military officer, said the new tactics employed by the MNJTF, including changing the commanders from all levels, will help to achieve a great success against the Boko Haram insurgents.
Mr Deby was reported saying "considering the change of military service chiefs in Nigeria, and the change of commanders at the Multinational Joint Task Force, we can bring Boko Haram activities to an end".
He continued saying, "Boko Haram insurgents are receiving weapons and training from Libya around Lake Chad areas".
