The Suspended, acting chairman of Economic and Financial crimes commission (EFCC), Mr. Ibrahim Magu has been released from detention.

" He said whether he is the chairman of economic and financial crimes commission (EFCC) or not, Nigerians must own the war against corruption, which president Muhammadu Buhari is determined to eradicate."

Former chief Justice of the federal republic of Nigeria. Justice Samuel Walter Onnoghen, was suspended by president Muhammadu Buhari, on 26, January 2019. Inorder to enable preceding to continue, in the case file against him by the, Code of Conduct Tribunal.

Walter Onnoghen was convicted by the, Code of Conduct Tribunal, on Thursday April 18, 2019. "For false asset declaration, with over five account undeclared, and he was unable to account for them. He was banned from holding public office for ten years, by a judgement issue by the Code of Conduct Tribunal."
