Many grumbled. Many rejoiced with harps and lyrics. And they said it was divine, for the last to come first, while others alleged that the court robbed the masses of their common choice.
Imo was intensed. En Masse, the citizens marched in the streets of the state, demanding justice for Ihedioha. A protest that has never returned the political victim to office, for the words of the court is the words of the gods that can never be revised.
Mr. Okere Kingdom, the RAP's governorship candidate, told the court to eject Uzodinma from office. He said Uzodinma occupies the seat of Imo state governor illegally. He alleged Uzodinma had not participated in the 2019 election. So, he prayed the court to restrain Uzodinma from acting as the Imo state governor, having not participated in the 2019 election as a candidate of any political party.
In the court, we shall meet again to hear the ruling and ascertain the fate of the man that ejected Ihedioha out of office.
