Just in, Anambra state high court that is located in Awka, the state capital, on Monday, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to include Senator Ugochukwu Uba as the Governorship candidate of People Democratic Party (PDP) in the upcoming Anambra governorship election that is to take effect on the 6 of November, 2021.
Court also awarded a cost of ten million naira (10,000,000) against Ozigbo and PDP, to be paid to Ugochukwu Uba as a cost of litigation.
All this is happening because Ugochukwu Uba and other members of the People Democratic Party were declined from the list of Anambra state governorship candidates earlier this week.
