The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate during the just concluded February 25 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to the recent Supreme Court judgement dismissing the disqualification suit against President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima.

Atiku claimed that the Court’s dismissal of the case was not a setback to his quest for justice, insisting that the President-elect was not qualified to contest the poll.

The former Vice President maintained that the 2023 election was fraudulent and did not comply with the constitutional requirements and the electoral guidelines of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
