It is no more a news that the Fulani Herdsmen are seriously fermenting trouble in the Southwest destroying houses and things that belong to the people of the state.
The Fulani herdsmen invaded some places in Ogun State like, Oja Odan, Orile Igboro, Asa, Eggua, and other parts of Yewaland destroying lives and properties in the state.
After the incident, the Governor, Dapo Abiodun has visited the places being destroyed by the Fulani herdsmen and he has promised to properly compensate the affected people and set up the emergency task force that will help withstand the security challenge in the area.
"Governor @dabiodunMFR visits the affected communities, shares the pains of the victims, Promises proper compensation and adequate security of lives and property in Ọjà Odan...Orile Igbooro, Ásà, Eggua and other parts of Yewaland..."
In his words, "Following my assessment today of some areas in Yewaland affected by the recent herdsmen unrest there, we have set up a joint security taskforce for the axis, with an assurance of compensation for victims."
