The Anambra-born politician and Special Assistant to Lagos State governor on Drainage and Water Resources Matters, Joe Igbokwe has told his followers on Facebook that no one should harm his or herself because of politics or any politician. He made the call after he shared photos he took today with Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagos.
According to the chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) on his Facebook post, there are no permanent enemies or allies in politics. He believed that followers and fans of politicians should imbibe that philosophy as well.
If you like, go and harm yourself for nothing, Joe warned those whom he believes do not understand that aspect of politics.
In the photos shared by the Lagos politician, the Senator representing Abia South senatorial district in the Senate and Joe were seen with other Igbo men in a well-organized function in the city of Lagos.

Recall that Joe Igbokwe is one of the Igbo politicians that are currently been criticized by some Igbo youths for different reasons among which is his choice of a political party, the APC. On the other hand, Senator Abaribe is being loved and adored by many Southeasterners for been a staunch member of PDP.
