I Gave The Name APC - Rochas Okorocha

Senator Rochas Okorocha, the former governor of Imo State, has claimed that he named the current party the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The Senator and Presidential candidate, who spoke at the party's National Secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday while leading the Imo APC pioneer group to meet with members of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, also stated that any Congress held in Imo State outside of the state's caretaker executive, led by Chief Daniel Nwafor, would be illegal.

He claims that Nwafor Exco as won all of its appeals to the Appeal Court and that its dissolution has not been overturned.
