They have been calls for the President to release the personal identities of Boko Haram financiers after the Attorney General of the Federation Abubakar Malami earlier annouced that some high-profile Nigerians have been financing Terriosm in Nigeria. However, in this article I will showing why it will be a great mistake for Mr Buhari's regime not to do so.
We will loose the trust of the Americans and Block assistance from the International Community
United States agreeing to support us means they will come with some cutting edge technology which will boost the capabilities of the Nigerian Military in taking on the Terriost. But they have been growing concerns that the American may loose intrest to help because of the inability of the Federal Government to expose these sponsors and lock them up.This will not only block the opportunity for the American government to collaborate with Nigerian Government and end Terriosm in Nigeria, it will also hinder any assistance from the International Community to help Nigeria defeat terrorism .
