Here are 15 politicians who died of the pandemic coronavirus in Nigeria.
We already know death is inevitable in this life, but there are some people who doesn't died normal way without any cause of there death.
In this article, i will be listing some politicians in Nigeria who died of the pandemic coronavirus, they were all infected with the virus and it was announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) before the virus killed them.
Here are the lists below;
Senator Isiak Abiola Ajimobi is an indigene of Ibadan land, he's the former Governor of Oyo State. Report shows that Ajimobi died of the pandemic virus complications.
He died on the 25th of June, 2020.
2. Abba Kyari
Kyari is one of the politicians in Nigeria whose death touches Nigerians heart. He's the Chief of Staff to the President of Nigeria.
His death was announced on the 17th of April, 2020 shortly after it was announced and confirmed that he was tested positive to Covid-19.
3. Justice Nasir Ajanah
Justice Nasir Ajanah is a Chief Judge of Kogi State. He dies of Covid-19 on the 28thnof June this year at Abuja Coronavirus isolation centre.
4. DCP Francis Bissong
What a pity, Francis Bissong was Edo State Deputy Commissioner of Police who was incharge of zonal criminal investigation department. He also died if the pandemic virus shortly after it was announced he has contacted the virus.
5. Senator Adebayo Osinowo
Senator Osinowo who died on the 15th of June at age 65 is one senator representing Lagos East senatorial district. He died of Coronavirus at one of the isolation centre in Lagos State, Nigeria.
6. Shuaibu Danlami
Shuaibu Danlami is also a Nigeria politician serving as a director for special services and politics in Gombe State, he's also one of the members of Gombe State task force on Covid-19 but unfortunately he's one of those killed by the same virus.
7. Alhaji Muhammad Ahmad Asha
Alhaji Muhammad Ahmad Asha who was also know as Sarkin Kiyawan Kaura was the Emir of Kaura Namoda in Zamfara State, he died at the age of 71 years after he did his Coronavirus test, he died while awaiting the result of the test, but due to the look of things, it's likely the man is Coronavirus positive.
8. Chief Aminu Adisa Logun
Chief Aminu Adisa was the Chief of Staff to Kwara State Governor, he also died of the pandemic virus this year on July 7.
9. Alhaji Suleiman Adamu
Alhaji Sulaiman is a member of the House of Assemble, Nasarawa, he's representing Nasarawa State Central Constituency and he also dies of Covid-19.
10. Tunde Buraimoh
This man was one of the members of the House of Assembly in Lagos State. He died on 10th of July, you already know what killed him.
11. Honourable Odiara Princewell
A members of River State chairman who died of coronavirus May this year.
12. Chief Jide Odekunle
Chief Jide Odekunle is the former General Manager of the Lagos State Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency (LASIMRA) who died of Covid-19 complications at age 53.
13. Honourable Umar Audi Jauro
He's a lawmaker and a member of the House of Assembly in Borno State. According to a report from a reliable source, Honourable Umar also died due to the dreadful virus.
14. Honourable Wakil Bukar
The second lawamaker from Borno State House of Assembly who also died of coronavirus in Nigeria.
15. Tafida Abubakar
He's the Emir of Rano who died amidst the high rate of Covid-19's death, he died at the age of 74years.
