There is a reward to not just being hardworking but also very steadfast in whatever a person is doing. For some people being handicapped or disadvantaged does not mean it is the end of the world or you completely turn into a beggar. There are people who despite their situation work tirelessly to meet up with their needs instead of begging for alms. The universe has a way to single people out for favour when it is the appointed time. No matter the challenge, pain or situation it is pertinent to keep striving because the appointed time could be at hand and we wouldn't know. What God cannot do, truly does not exist.
