Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has reinstated the appointments made by his father during his tenure as Emir of Kano.
In his first appointments since becoming the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has appointed Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero as the Wamban of Kano, and the current Member of Parliament for the Emir of Kano.
The New Wamban Kano and Member of the Emir's Council, Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero is the brother of the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero.
Previously, Ciroman Kano was held by Sanusi Lamido Ado Bayero, who was ousted by former Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II for refusing to pledge allegiance to him after he became Emir of Kano.
Sunusi Ado Bayero has already gone to pay his respects to the Emir of Kano Aminu Ado, which is like a statement to the Emir that he has returned home.
A statement issued by Alhaji Sarki Waziri, Dan Rimin Kano to the Secretary to the Government of Kano also confirmed the appointment of Aminu Babba Dan Agundi as Emir of Dawaki Babba, who was ousted by the late Emir Ado Bayero 16 years ago.
Since the appointment of the Emir of Kano to his new monarchy, rumors have been circulating in the media that Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu is seen as violating his father's rules.
However, some people expressed satisfaction with the appointments made by the new Emir of Kano in the state, congratulating the new appointees.
