Kenneth Okonkwo claims BVAS worked perfectly, reveals where the problem came from in the election

The 2023 Presidential election has been filled with controversies following the declaration of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the All Progressive Congress, APC, as the winner of the election. Opposition parties have insisted that the polls were sabotaged to benefit the former Governor of Lagos state. The presidential candidates of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi, and that of PDP, Atiku Abubakar have promised to challenge the outcome of the results presented by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

A popular actor and member of the Labour Party, Kenneth Okonkwo has revealed what he thinks was the problem regarding the recent presidential election. According to Kenneth, the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, worked perfectly as opposed to what many people think. He claimed that the results were intentionally tampered with by the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Mahmood Yakubu.

Hear him, "BVAS functioned perfectly during the election. What did not function with integrity is Mahmood INEC that deliberately manipulated the BVAS not to transmit the presidential results from the polling units in order to declare Tinubu President through concocted manually collated results which have been outlawed in Nigeria."
