Tulo-tulo is a town that it comfortably sits on the border between Nigeria and Niger Republic in Yusufari Local Government of Yobe State Nigeria. It's also a land that has a mushy oasis with abundant water in a low valley providing magnificent picturesque view in the desert.

Tulo-Tulowa town is endowed with Good fertile soil for agriculture and rich mineral resources in the town. Potash, which is also known as black salt known to Hausa peoples as (Kanwa) is available in commercial quantities in the town.
It was reported that Camel caravans could be seen conveying potash and some other minerals resources from the town to other part of the state such as “Geidam” and “Gashua” to be exchanged for food stuffs.
