1. Adamu Mu'azu

Alhaji Adamu Mu'azu, born 7 June 1955, Boto, Tafawa Balewa, Bauchi State, Nigeria, was former Governor of Bauchi State in Nigeria from from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He was former PDP National working committee Chairman. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

2. Ahmed Makarfi

Ahmed Makarfi, born 8 August 1958, is a Nigerian politician and the former chairman of PDP. He served as Governor of Kaduna State from 29 May 1999 to 29 May 2007. He had a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Ibrahim Shekarau, born November 5, 1955, was a former Nigerian Minister of Education and two-term Governor of Kano State, Nigeria. He was elected in April 2003 and reelected in April 2007. He is a member of the APC. He received a Degree in Mathematics Education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Ibrahim Shehu Shema, born 22 September 1956, Dutsin-Ma, Katsina State, is a Nigerian lawyer and politician. He was elected Governor of Katsina State during the 2007 general election, and reelected on 28 April 2011, running on the PDP platform. His second four-year term ended on 29 May 2015 after which he handed over to Aminu Bello Masari, elected Governor under the platform of APC. 15. Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai

Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, born 16 February 1960, is Nigerian politician who is the current Executive Governor of Kaduna State and the former Minister of FCT. He is a member of All Progressive Congress. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

16. Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa

Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa (1 December 1948- 15 December 2012) was a Nigerian politician. He was appointed deputy Governor of Kaduna State in July 2005, and returned as the Deputy Governor in the April 2007 elections. He was elected as Governor of Kaduna on 20 May 2010. He died in a plane crash on 15 December 2012. He got a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
