Throwback Photo Of Uganda President Watering A Plant In The Rain Sparks Reactions.
There was serious reaction on social media yesterday 18th of July, 2020 after photo of Uganda President, Useveni watering a plant under heavy rain surfaced on line.
The post has generated a lot of argument on Twitter. While some used the opportunity to criticize him and other African leaders, others saw nothing wrong with it.
For those who saw nothing wrong with the act of the president, here are their arguments:
@ofoli_sheriff, " It's high time we use our pages like yours as Africans to start writing some positives about our leaders. I agree we still lack some basic things with our leaders but don't forget you are been addressed by the way you dress. Let's help our selves "
