Good news, the FG through the Minister Forouq has announced the flag of training of 5'000 monitor for NSIP.
The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, has flagged-off the training of five thousand independent monitors for effective monitoring of the National Social Investment Programme.
The news was disclosed during the flagged off of the event in Abuja on Saturday, February 5, 2021.
Sadiya urges them to perform their duties with maximum diligence and sincerity and that the ministry would not stop to disengagement them with security agents if they compromised their responsibilities.
The representative of the permanent secretary, Grema Ali, said there is an enormous assignment before them as they shoulder the responsibility of monitoring the NSIP program in various communities.
It was reported that the approval was given on Saturday, January 31, minister of the humanitarian affairs and disaster management Hajiya Sadiya Farouq during a program at the Obas Complex in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
