The court ruling today ordered Godwin Obaseki to return to the Federal High Court to answer charges of certificate forgery brought against it by the APC and one of its members.
Obaseki in a bid to forestall the court case instituted a suit at the Court of Appeal praying the court to dismiss the case before the Federal High Court.
Unfortunately for the Edo State Governor, the Appellate court ruled today that he has a case to answer.
Besides the judgement from the appeal court the trial judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed has assured of his preparedness to forfeit this Christmas holiday for the speedy and timely hearing for the case even if it has to be on a daily basis.
