
The secretary of the presidential election petition tribunal has stated that phones won't be allowed into the courtroom from Monday
The statement is coming following the court sitting on Saturday
It would be recalled that the presidential election petition case began on May 8 and several sittings have been held since then
The labor party, LP, and the peoples Democratic Party, PDP, among some other parties are currently challenging the ruling party, APC regarding the 2023 presidential election that went down in the country on Feb 25th
However, the statement from the secretary of the presidential election petition tribunal has got many people reacting. This is coming amidst the call from the opposition lawyers that the court proceeding should be televised live to ensure transparency and also allow Nigerians and the whole world to follow up on the case
